Dorothea W Prisk,97, of Totowa, formerly of Butler and Bloomingdale, passed away April 3, 2017. She was born in Brooklyn, NY, the daughter of the late Thomas and Josephine Waldron. Dorothea is the sole survivor of her siblings, three girls and one boy and was a parishioner at St. Anthony's RC in Butler, NJ. She was a switchboard operator at Bell Atlantic in Riverdale, retiring after 45 years, a member of the Golden Agers Club in Bloomingdale and a life member of the Pioneer Club at Bell Atlantic. She is survived by her beloved children, Thomas Prisk, Arlene Edwards and husband William and Walter Prisk and wife Kim, her cherished grandchildren, Fr. Stephen Prisk, Michael Edwards and wife Nicole and Kristina Dennebaum and husband Ryan and two adored great grandchildren, Natalie Grace and Henry William. Dorothea was predeceased by her devoted and loving husband Walter. Viewing hours will be held from 3 to 7 PM at the St. Joseph's Home for the Elderly, 140 Shepard Lane, Totowa, NJ, on Thursday, April 6, 2017. A mass will be held on Friday, also at St. Joseph's Home for the Elderly at 10:30 AM. Interment to follow at Mt.
