George A Biemer

George A. Biemer, 95, lifelong resident of Butler, passed away on March 10, 2017. George was born in Butler, the son of the late George N. and Florence M. (Dilzer) Biemer. He was a parishioner of St. Anthonys RC Church, a member of the Knights of Columbus #943, and the Butler Fire Department. He worked briefly for the American Hard Rubber Co., Marotta Valve in Boonton, Aircraft Radio Corp. in Boonton and the Paterson Vocational School, before retiring as an Industrial Arts Teacher teacher from the Butler High School District. He is survived by his beloved children, Thomas Biemer and wife Regis, Theresa Biemer and husband Domingo Bernardo, Michael Biemer and wife Kelly; his loving siblings James Biemer MD and wife Louise, and Joan (Biemer) Arnheiter. He cherished his seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. George was predeceased by his devoted wife Laura. Viewing will be held on Thursday, March 16, 2017 from 3 to 7 PM at the Morrison Funeral Home 86 Bartholdi Ave. Butler, NJ. Funeral Mass will be offered on Friday 10 AM at Saint Anthony's R.C.
