Anne P. Hegner, age 92, who had lived in Bloomingdale, Butler, and Princeton Junction, died Friday, May 31,2013. Anne was born in Bloomingdale, the daughter of the late Joseph and Jennie Pugliese. Prior to moving to Princeton Junction, NJ in 2005, Anne had been a long time resident of Bloomingdale and Butler. Anne graduated from Butler High School in 1939 and attended Paterson State Teachers College. She had a long career with E.I. DuPont Company at the Pompton Lakes plant. When she lived in Butler, Anne was an active member of the XYZ Club. She was an avid ceramics enthusiast, operating Nena's Ceramic Studio in Bloomingdale for over fifteen years. She was married to Artie Meisch until his death in 1974 and to Ralph Hegner from 1977 until his passing in 2009. She is survived by her son, Art Meisch and his wife Pam of Glen Mills, PA; two cherished grandchildren, Allison and Jeff Meisch; sister Dolly (Jane) Cornelius and nephews I. Edward Horwath and Loren DeBonte. She was predeceased by her sister, Connie (Tootsie) Horwath and her niece, Sharon Horwath Daut. Viewing hours will be Tuesday, June 4, 2013 from 7pm-9pm at The Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Ave., Butler, NJ. A funeral service will be held Wednesday June 5 starting at 9:00am at the funeral home, followed by mass at St. Anthony church, Butler. Burial to follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Butler.
