Anthony John Passanante

Anthony John Passanante, 48, of Bloomingdale, NJ died suddenly on July 15, 2021. Anthony was born in Ridgewood, NJ to the late John Passanante and Beverly (Katz) Passanante. Anthony grew up and went to school in Pompton Lakes until moving to Bloomingdale after getting married. He worked for twenty plus years as a Recovery Specialist for Corporate Turnaround in Paramus, NJ. He loved to cook, play the guitar and was an avid painter. Anthony enjoyed golf, loved to bowl. fishing, the Pittsburgh Steelers, and he was a "Big Foot" enthusiast, but his greatest enjoyment and love was watching his daughter Madison play softball. Anthony is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Mary Ellen, his daughter Madison and his mother, Beverly. Also surviving are his brothers John Passanante, and Christopher Passanante, his sister Carol Passanante and his nephew Robert. Anthony was predeceased by his father John and sister Audra. A memorial gathering will be held on Tuesday, July 20, 2021, from 4:00pm-8:00pm at the Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Ave, Butler, NJ .
