Anthony N. 'Nick' La Sala

Anthony N. La Sala, Sr., "Nick", age 91, of Bloomingdale, formerly of Pompton Lakes, entered into eternal rest Monday, May 7, 2007, at Chilton Memorial Hospital, Pompton Plains.Mr. La Sala was born June 26, 1915 in Haskell, NJ, the son of the late Ciro and the late Susan (Tirone) La Sala. He was retired from State Farm Insurance Co. in 1980, as a Senior Maintenance Advisor. Devoted husband of the late Mary (nee Kinney), and Lillian (nee Grenot). Beloved father of Anthony N. La Sala Jr., Susan Pusztay and husband John, and Marigene Kowalski and husband Eugene. Cherished grandfather of seven, and great-grandfather of eight. Loving brother of Gerald, Eugene, Grace Salberg, Helene D' Angelo, and the late Andrew, Samuel, William and Ronald La Sala, and Josephine Bailey. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be Thursday, May 10, 2007, from 2:00 -4:00 and 7:00-9:00pm, at The Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Avenue, Butler, NJ. The funeral Mass will be Friday, 10:00 am at St. Anthony RC Church, Butler. Burial to follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Butler, NJ.
