Arthur Decker

Arthur F Decker, age 89, of Butler, passed away Friday, February 1, 2013. Mr. Decker was born in Bloomingdale, NJ, the son of the late Franklin and the late Ellen (Struble) Decker. He served in the Marines from 1942 to 1946 during World War II . He was employed by Excelsior Lumber Co. Butler, NJ and also worked for the Butler Museum in his later years. He is survived by his loving siblings, Edward Decker of Wayne, NJ, Joanna Watt of Saratoga, CA, Alice Connizzo of Haskell, NJ and Mary Ellen Eckrich of Butler, NJ. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. Viewing hours will be Monday,February 4th, 2013, from 2:00 -4:00 PM at The Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Avenue, Butler, NJ. The funeral will be Tuesday 11:00am at St. Anthony RC Church, Butler, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be offered. Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Butler following the mass.
