Arthur Sessa

Arthur "Art" Sessa, 66 passed away peacefully on Wednesday May 26, 2021. Art was a gifted engineer who showed an extraordinary aptitude for all things electronics beginning at an early age. His interests included collecting and restoring old Cadillac's, listening to music, construction, astronomy and anything to do with science or math. He held a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from Manhattan College. Loved ones will remember him for his quirky nature and irreverent sense of humor. Art and his wife Mary moved to NJ in 1980 from NY. He was a resident of Bloomingdale since 1992. He devoted much of his time to helping friends, neighbors and family, whether it be with odd jobs or construction projects. He is predeceased by his parents, Arthur and Barbara Sessa (Phelan) He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Mary, his son Alex, siblings Stephen Sessa, Barbara Bribitzer, Christine Biscoglio, four nieces, one nephew and two grandnephews. Memorial Visitation will be held Saturday, September 18, 2021, from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm, at the Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Ave, Butler, NJ.
