Catherine Ann Tancredi

Catherine Ann Tancredi, of Bloomingdale, New Jersey, passed away on Saturday, February 9, 2013, in The Valley Hospital of Ridgewood. Cathy was born in Summit, New Jersey, the loving daughter of Ann & Peter Cutrone. Cathy was married to Silvio Tancredi on September 18, 1960. They were married 52 years. Cathy retired from Prudential Insurance Company as a switchboard operator. She enjoyed being outside and taking in all that nature had to offer. She loved vacationing at the Jersey Shore and was a great cook. Most of all Catherine cherished family. She loved her husband, 3 children, and 5 grandchildren with all her heart. They were the lights of her life. Cathy is survived by her devoted husband, Silvio Tancredi; her three beloved children, Laurie White and her husband Bill, Doug Tancredi, and Lynn Smith and her husband Garry; her five cherished grandchildren, Nikki, Greg, Billy, CJ, and Matt; her sister, Barbara Kenworthy of Virginia; as well as many loving brother and sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and cherished friends. Her mother, Ann Cutrone, and her father, Peter Cutrone, precede Cathy in death. A funeral Mass will be held at 11:00am on Thursday, February 14,2013, at Our Lady of the Magnificat Church in Kinnelon, New Jersey. Visitation will be held from 2:00pm - 4:00pm and 7:00pm - 9:00pm, Wednesday, February 13, 2013, at Morrison's Funeral Home 86 Bartholdi Ave. Butler, New Jersey.
