Catherine Rattalino

Catherine Rattalino, age 87, of Pompton Plains, formerly of Butler, entered into eternal rest, Friday, April 12, 2019. Mrs. Rattalino was born in Paterson, NJ, on April 18, 1931, the daughter of the late John and the late Rachael (Maria) Valle. Catherine was employed by Kinney-Kelly Cleaners for many years and was a self-employed seamstress, a parishioner and member of the Rosary Alter Society at St. Anthonys RC Church in Butler, a member of Compassionate Angels at Cedar Crest, made Baptismal Bibs and Altar Linens for St. Anthonys RC Church, was a member of the Columbites, treasurer of XYZ club in Butler and volunteered at the St. Anthony Food Pantry. She is survived by a beloved daughter, Bridgit Nauss, a loving sister Joan Davis and husband Charles, cherished grandchildren Claudia Kimkowski and husband Marc and Shane Nauss, and three adored great grandchildren Beau-Garrett, Scarlett, and Gianna, five dear nieces and nephews, Sheri Picioccio and husband Robert, Dawn Smith and husband Richard, Tammi Davis, Eddie Barsotti and wife Joanne, Michael Piccoli amd several great nieces and nephews . Catherine is pre deceased by her devoted husband Paul Rattalino, Sr., her son, Paul Rattalino Jr., her sister Violet Barsotti, sister in law Marie Piccoli and her dear son in law, Donald Nauss. Viewing hours will be Tuesday, April 16th, 2019, from 4pm to 8pm at The Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Ave., Butler, NJ. A funeral mass will be offered on Wednesday 11:00am at St. Anthony RC Church, Butler, NJ. Burial will follow at Mt Calvary Cemetery, Butler, NJ. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105 in her memory.
