Charles H Blauvelt

Charles H. Blauvelt, age 83, of Bloomingdale, died Thursday, June 10, 2021. Mr. Blauvelt was born in Paterson, NJ the son of the late Charles H. and the late Marion (Ippolito) Blauvelt. He worked as an accountant for the Herald News in Clifton, NJ and Romei Wealth Management in Wayne NJ before he retired. He was a member of the VFW in Butler, a parishioner of St Anthony RC Church and loved golfing and bowling and spending time with family. He is survived by his beloved sons, Chip Blauvelt and John Schmon and his wife Beth, his cherished grandchildren, Jerel Schmon and his wife Ally, Genesi Law and her husband Mitch and Timothy Schmon and his adored great grandchildren, Jonas, and Ava Schmon. Charles was predeceased by his devoted wife Gertrude. Viewing hours will be Tuesday, June 15th 2021 from 2-4 pm & 7-9 pm at The Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Avenue, Butler, NJ. The funeral Mass will be held Wednesday 11 am at St. Anthony RC Church, Butler, NJ. Burial to follow in Mt.
