Daria A. Sweeney

Daria A. , 57, of Pompton Lakes, NJ, passed away on September 20, 2017. Daria graduated from Pompton Lakes High School where she was an excellent gymnast and a great softball player. She was a Registered Nurse graduating from Seton Hall University and worked at St. Joseph's Hospital in Paterson, NJ for many years before going into private healthcare practice. She is survived by her beloved daughter, Sarah Sweeney and her fianc Kevin, her dear father David Sweeney, her loving brothers David Sweeney and Steven Sweeney, her adored grandchild Katalina Castellanos and is also survived by her cherished nieces and nephews, Elias, Elizabeth and Ethan Sweeney. Daria was predeceased by her daughter, Annie Sweeney and her mother Barbara Sweeney. Visiting will be held Sunday, September 24, 2017 from 3 to 7 PM at the Morrison Funeral Home 86 Bartoldi Ave. Butler, NJ. A Mass will be offered on Monday 11 AM at St. Anthonys RC Church, Butler, NJ.
