Debra A Mcgivney

Debra (Debbie) McGivney, 57, of Garfield, passed away peacefully on May 12, 2021. She was born in Passaic, New Jersey, the daughter of Gale (Magaditch) and late John Carboy Jr. Known for her constant smile and kind heart, Debbie was a friend and confidant to many. She is survived by her loving husband James McGivney, mother Gale Carboy, son Samuel Grant Thorburn IV, and brother John Carboy. A Celebration of Life Service will be at 11:00 am on Saturday, June 19, 2021 at Butler United Methodist Church* 5 Bartholdi Avenue, Butler, NJ 07405. The family will receive guests preceding the service from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. *For loved ones unable to attend in person, the service will be streamed live at https://www.facebook.com/ButlerUMCNJ.
