Dolores P. Smith

SMITH- Dolores P., age 82, of Bloomingdale, NJ, formerly of New York, NY, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, August 6, 2008. Dolores was born in New York City, the daughter of the late James W. and Margaret (O'Rourke) Smith. She was a teacher in the West Milford School System for 24 years, and also taught in New York and Florida. Dolores was a parishioner at St. Anthony RC Church, Butler and was affiliated with the Dominican Sisters in Blauvelt, NY. She is survived by one loving sister Mary Finan, three beloved nieces, Rosemary Cantaloupe, June Campo, and Kathleen Brando, four nephews, Thomas, Terrence, Stephen, and Dennis Finan, and a brother-in-law, Gerald Cantaloupe. Also surviving is a great niece, many great great nieces and nephews, and many dear friends. Viewing hours will be Monday, August 11, 2008 from 7:00-9:00pm at The Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Avenue, Butler, NJ. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, 10:00am at St. Anthony RC Church, Butler. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Butler.
