Donald H Tintle

Donald H. Tintle, age 84, lifelong resident of Butler, died peacefully at home on Sunday, January 9, 2022. Don was born in his family home in Butler, NJ, the son of late Harold Tintle and late Iva (Paulison) Tintle. His family ran a general store in that very same house, where he later raised his family. As a mover for Tintles Moving Service, Don was respected by many and considered a dear man by anyone whose life he touched. Don was an active member of Butler United Methodist Church and taught Sunday School for 36 years. He is predeceased by his loving wife, Mildred and daughter, Donna Tintle. Don is survived by his beloved daughter, Lori Shepard and son, Cary Tintle and wife Kathy. He was a grandfather to seven cherished grandchildren and five beloved great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, January 30, 2022, at 2:30 pm, at Butler United Methodist Church, 5 Bartholdi Avenue, Butler, NJ 07405. The family will receive guests from 2:00-2:30 pm.
