Donna M Kruger

Donna Kruger, age 67 of Butler, NJ passed away on January 9th, 2022. Beloved wife of Robert Kruger and mother of Robert (Bobby) Kruger. Loving sister to Kathy Brusco, Ed Hanlon, and the late Patricia Ross & Susan Palmer. Donna had several nieces and nephews who she cherished dearly. She is also survived by her beloved dog Duke and her "granddog" Nash. Born in Passaic, Donna was the daughter of the late Edward and Anne Hanlon. Growing up in Clifton, she moved to Butler after marrying her husband. Donna was an active member of the Lake Edenwold community where she resided and could always be found helping out with the lake picnics and other events. She was a caring woman who greatly enjoyed spending time with her family whether that was a trip down the shore or relaxing walk up to reservoir to watch her dogs swim in the water. She very much enjoyed her profession as an Admissions Assistant at the Chestnut Hill Assisted Living facility in Passaic where she always said she would work for free because she enjoyed spending time with her residents. Donna was a fan of whatever sports team her son Bobby was playing on growing up and never missed a game or practice. She was the rock of her family and will be missed dearly. Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respect and celebrate her life on Thursday, January 13th at the Morrison Funeral Home in Butler from 4-8 PM. Donna's funeral will be held the next day on Friday (1/14) at the funeral home beginning at 11 AM for a service and then she will be laid to rest in Mt. Rest Cemetery located in Butler. .
