Donna Vami Hall

Donna Vami-Hall, 77, passed away peacefully at home on February 13, 2021. She was the daughter of the late Pearl Weaver-Hall and twin sister of Wilber "Curly" Hall. Donna is survived by her daughter Donna Doran and was loving Nana, to her Granddaughters, Brittany Marie Doran and Brooke Lee Doran. She is the "GREAT ONE" to her Great Grandchildren Jayden Doran-Reyes and Aubree Rose Babcock. Donna grew up in Kentucky and Paterson, NJ., until moving to Butler, NJ 14 years ago to be near her daughter and grandchildren. Donna was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She enjoyed playing poker and bingo! Donna was known as the "Cougar" as she would always dress in leopard clothing, her entire home was decorated in leopard. She was always trying to pick-up the young ones. She made everyone laugh knowing she was all talk and no action. She enjoyed giving anything she could to make everyone happy. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren, she loved cooking for the holidays and on Monday's for family dinner. The apple of her eye was her great grandson Jayden which she adored and loved unconditionally. Donna opened her heart to everyone, including her granddaughter's fiancee's Troy Babcock and Joseph Freideman calling them "Her Boys". Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 24, 2021 from 6:00 pm-9:00 pm at the Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Ave, Butler, NJ. All other services will be private. The new limit on indoor gatherings for facilities is 35% of the maximum allowable building occupancy. Morrison Funeral Home will be able to accept 35 people at a time wearing masks and practicing social distancing. Visitors will be required to use hand sanitizer. Temperatures will be taken. .
