Doris Porter

Doris Porter, age 94, of Bloomingdale, formerly from Haskell, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on October 13th, 2019. Doris was the daughter of the late Herbert and Anna (Gimen) Titus. Doris was very loving and approachable person and was a long time resident of Bloomingdale of 50 years (since 1969). She lived a full life who loved listening, dancing to country music and spending a lot of her time with her family and friends. Doris is survived by her loving daughter, Karen Robbins and husband Rodney of West Milford, two grandchildren, Melissa Robbins of West Milford, Joseph Robbins of Texas. Doris was predeceased by her beloved husband Kenneth (Kenny), sisters Betty Lou Alway, June Titus, and a brother William Titus. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 17thfrom 2pm-4pm and 7pm-9pm at the Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Ave, Butler, NJ. A funeral service will be held at 10:00am on Friday, October 18th also at the funeral home. Burial will immediately follow the service at Somerset Hills Memorial Park, 95 Mt. Airy Road, Backing Ridge, NJ.
