Doris R. Pfister, age 93, of Ocilla, Georgia formerly of Deltona, Florida, passed away on Tuesday, June 22, 2021. Mrs. Pfister was born in Scranton, PA the daughter of the late Donald and the late Dorothy (Yant) Price. She was a Information Operator at NJ Bell in Riverdale, NJ before retiring. She loved to travel especially on cruise ships. She is survived by her beloved son, Arthur D. Van Cott, her loving siblings, Jack Price and his wife wife Barbara and Roy Price also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Doris was predeceased by her first husband, Jack Van Cott, her second husband, Ralph Pfister and her siblings, Thomas Price, Kathy Manicini, Arthur Price and Bob Price. A memorial gathering will be held Saturday, June 26, 2021 from 3:00 pm -5:00 pm at The Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Avenue, Butler, NJ. A funeral service will be held on Saturday at 5:00 pm also at the funeral home. Cremation was private. .
