Dorothy A. (Carolan) Hoffman, 86, died September 9, 2021, in Port St Lucie, Fl. She was born March 13,1935 in Newark, NJ the daughter of Leonard and Dorothy M. (Howley) Carolan. Dorothy resided in Bloomingdale, NJ for 46 years and worked as a food service technician in the Bloomingdale school system for 38 years. She was an avid bowler and loved spending time with her family and friends. Surviving are her daughters Diane Mastro and her husband Joseph of Port St Lucie, Fl and Patricia Malespina and her husband Robert of Oak Ridge, NJ and her "5 Blessings" grandchildren Ryan, Jeffrey, Marisa, Kaitlyn and Michael. She is predeceased by her husband Raymond J. and her brothers Ronald and Leonard. Visitation will be held on Friday, September 24, 2021 from 5:00pm-8:00pm at the Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Ave, Butler, NJ. A funeral mass will be offered on Saturday, September 25, 2021, 11:00am at St Anthony's Church, 65 Bartholdi Ave, Butler, NJ. Burial will immediately follow mass at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Bartholdi Ave, Butler, NJ. In lieu of flowers please donate to your local animal shelter or St Judes Childrens Hospital. www.st.judes.org .
