Edith Helen Leary

Edith Helen Leary, of Kinnelon, NJ, died on February 9, 2017, peacefully at home with her loving family by her side. Edith was born in Hungary, where she defected in the late 1960s with a group of friend and became a naturalized United States citizen. She always led with her heart, choosing to help others in various capacities throughout her life, serving in stride and never yielding. Prior to her retirement she was a project engineer at Langan Engineering and Environmental Services for over 30 years. She was an active member of the OLM RC Church in Kinnelon, NJ. Edith leaves behind a loving son Adam Victor Presser, daughter in law Lauren Elizabeth Presser, and grandson Luke Victor Presser. Lifelong friends Marika and Gabor Martonflavy, Susan and Patrick Orlando and Carol Kelleher. Edith was predeceased by her husband Dennis Leary, her brother Tibor Komlosi, and her parents Aranka and Istvan Komlosi. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Morrison Funeral Home.
