Edith Muchion

Edith Muchion, age 73, of Butler, died peacefully, Thursday, March 15, 2007, surrounded by her family at home in Butler.Mrs. Muchion was born July 25, 1933 at Butler, NJ the daughter of the late Thomas and the late Ella May (Benson) Robbins. She married Samuel Muchion June 8, 1963 in Tuxedo, NY. She was employed by Sava Industries Riverdale, NJ for 30 years, and woked for Butler Hard Rubber Mill for 20 years.Mrs. Muchion was a member of Ladies Auxillary of American Legion in Butler.Devoted wife of Samuel for 44 loving years. Beloved mother of Robert Jameson Jr., Irene Jameson, Kevin Jameson, Rita Jameson-McKernan and husband Martin McKernan, Elaine Muchion, and Lisa Muchion-Kelly and husband Thomas Kelly. Cherished grandmother of 14. Loving sister of Robert Robbins, Mildred Mathews, and sister-in-law Grace Robbins. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.Calling hours will be Sunday, March 18th , 2007, from 2:00 -4:00 and 7:00-9:00pm at The Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Avenue, Butler, NJ. The funeral service will be at 12:00pm, Monday, also at the funeral home.Burial will be in Mt. Rest Cemetery, Butler on Monday at 1:00 pm.
