Edward Whritenour

Edward Henry Whritenour, age 68, of Butler, died Friday, September 11, 2015. Mr. Whritenour was born in Franklin, NJ, the son of the late Herbert and the late Velma (Osterhoudt) Whritenour. He was retired from A & P in Pompton Lakes, NJ, was a Third Degree Knight in the Knights of Columbus in Butler and a former volunteer at Chilton Memorial Hospital.He is survived by his devoted wife Barbara Whritenour, his beloved children, Ann Marie Whritenour of Butler, Francis Whritenour of the Bronx, NY and Diana Martin and husband Jeff of Mesa, AZ, two loving brothers, Gordon and William Whritenour and two cherished grandchildren. Ed was pre deceased by his dear son Daniel and a Brother James. A memorial gathering will be Friday, September 18th 2015, from 7:00-9:00 PM at The Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Avenue, Butler, NJ. A funeral service will be held Friday at 8:30pm also at the funeral home. All other services will be private.
