Eileen D Rhinesmith, age 65, of Bloomingdale died peacefully Thursday, February 6, 2014 after battling a long illness. Eileen was born in Paterson, NJ the daughter of the late Charles and the late Dorothy (Strome) Collins. She was the Produce Handler and Delicatessen Handler for A & P Supermarket in Wayne and Pompton Plains, NJ, where she worked for 20 years. In addition to being a full time mother, Eileen devoted her free time to the PTA and the PTO of Ryerson Elementary School in Wayne, NJ. Where she also volunteered as a class mother and playground aid. Eileen was a member of the Riverdale Bible Church and worked with the Pioneer Girls at the church. Eileen is survived by her devoted husband, Raymond C. Rhinesmith, her beloved children, Raymond E. and life partner Lynn Baumgarten, Randy and wife Talia, Ronny and wife Angie. Her loving sister, Judy DeGraw and four cherished grandchildren, Jessica, Brianna, R.J. and Mason. Eileen is also survived by her nieces and nephews, Sherry, Kimberly and Jimmy. Visiting hours will be Monday, February 10th, 2014, from 6:00 to 9:00 pm at The Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Avenue, Butler, NJ. A funeral service will be held Tuesday 10:00am also at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Laurel Grove Cemetery, 295 Totowa Ave, Totowa, NJ. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Compassionate Care Hospice, 400 West Blackwell Street Dover, NJ 07801, in her memory.
