Eleanor M. Shepard

Eleanor M Shepard, age 88, of Butler, died Wednesday, December 2, 2009. Mrs. Shepard was born November 22, 1921 in Butler, NJ the daughter of the late George and the late Agnes (Crum) Gobosack. She worked in the Butler School District as a cashier. Mrs. Shepard was a member of the Butler XYZ's and the Rosary Alter Society of St. Anthony's RC Church, also in Butler. She is survived by her beloved children Elaine Vander Goot and husband Robert and Peter Shepard and wife Lori, two loving sisters, Florence De Graw and Mary Kochka, six cherished grandchildren, and ten adored great-grandchildren. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. Eleanor was predeceased by her devoted husband James, and her dear son Jimmy. Viewing hours will be Sunday, December 6, 2009, from 2:00 -4:00 and 7:00-9:00 at The Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Avenue, Butler, NJ. A funeral Mass will be held on Monday 10:00am at St. Anthony RC Church, Butler. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Butler.
