Emily M Mason

Mrs. Emily M. Mason of Cedar Crest formerly of Butler, N.J., passed away in Pompton Plains, N.J., on July 10, 2021 at the age of 91. She was born in Enniskillen, Ireland, and was the devoted wife of James Mason for 53 years. Emily was a member of St. David's Episcopal Church in Kinnelon and a member of the Altar Guild. She was a Girl Scout leader for many years, a volunteer at "Willing Hands," a workshop for special needs adults, and she worked at Wechts Department Store in Pompton Lakes. Emily is survived by her loving children, Janet Williamson and her husband Skip and Andrew Mason as well as her cherished grandchildren, Brett and his wife Stephanie, and Megan and adored great grandchild Mackenzie. Emily will be laid to rest in a private ceremony alongside her beloved husband. In lieu of flowers, please say a prayer in her memory. Services will be held at a future date. .
