Evelyn M. Wood

Evelyn M. Wood, age 82, of Butler, formerly of Port Jervis, NY, died Monday, March 31, 2008. Mrs. Wood was born August 4, 1925, in Suffern, NY the daughter of the late Thomas J., and the late Leila (Gannon) Summers. Devoted wife of the late John G. Wood. Beloved mother of Susan Mc Caskill, Kathryn Pallozzi, Janet Votra, Carol Reams, and pre deceased by one son John M. Wood. Cherished grandmother of eleven, great-grandmother of twenty one, and great-great grandmother of one. Loving sister of Elizabeth Corter and David Summers. Visiting hours will be Thursday, April 3rd, 2008, from 2:00 -4:00pm and 7:00-9:00pm, at The Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Avenue, Butler, NJ. The funeral service will be held on Friday, 10:00am also at the funeral home. Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Butler.
