With great sadness and joy in the hope of salvation through our Lord and savior Jesus Christ, we announce the passing of Gods servant, Everett J. Bayles Jr. ("Jack"). Jack was a giant among men, God-fearing and strong in mind body and soul. A man of the Cross, Jack loved the Lord with every ounce of his being. Second only to God, Jack loved and cared for his family like a mighty man of God. For 55 years, Jack was a devoted and loyal husband to his wife Elizabeth Bayles ("Betty"). He now leaves behind, to carry on his legacy, his daughter and her husband, Ginger B. and Kenneth Michael Kelly (MA), his step-son and his wife Michael and Doreen Florie (TX), his grandchildren Samuel Jack Hammond (MA), Virginia Faith Rodriguez (MA), Marjorie Hope Hillbourn (NC), Solomon Farrel Hammond (NC), Joseph Florie (TX), Vanessa Hahn (NY) and Amber Breton (CT). Jack also leaves behind 11 amazing great-grandchildren and one on the way. Jacks heart was so big that he also found great love, joy and compassion for his special loved one, Barbara Schad(Aungst). A shining star of the community, Jack was born and lived in his cherished home-town Butler. He was loved, respected and honored by many. A skilled and careful driver and craftsman, Jack loved trains, clocks, Ford cars and trucks, gadgets, mechanical equipment and toys. Jack owned and operated his own trucking business, Bayles Trucking of Butler NJ, for over 50 years. With a very strong work-ethic, Jack continued his life-long career path with the Butler School System and also First Student, where he worked as a school bus driver until his passing. An ethical man, indeed, Jack always strove to do his best and "the right thing" always, living by Gods work in spirit and truth. Jack loved to share his faith and impart wisdom to all his family, friends, neighbors and almost everyone he met. Everyone loved Jack. Truly, Jack will be greatly missed. Until we meet again, Jack, Dad and Grandpa, may our great God, Lord and Savior Jesus Christ take you into His heavenly kingdom, beneath the shelter of His wings, where there is no sorrow, no sighing, but life everlasting. Amen. God speed Jack. We love you! .
