Florence I Kintzing

Florence I. Kintzing nee Irvin, 89, from Pompton Plains, New Jersey, passed away on April 7, 2021. Sis, was born on July 15, 1931 to John and Florence Irvin in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. After graduating from Williamsport High School in 1949, she went on to Mary Washington College to study physical education. In 1952 she began dating David B. Kintzing and they were later married in 1954. They went on to have two children, Elizabeth and David, Jr. Sis was a dedicated teacher and coach working in both the Briarcliff and Clarkstown School Districts in New York State, she retired in 2001. Sis and her husband Dave moved to Savannah, Georgia. She spent her time playing golf and bridge, traveling and working out. Sis was predeceased by her husband of 56 years, David. She is survived by her children, their spouses, 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. .
