Gary N. Valentine

Gary N. Valentine, age 77, of Denville, New Jersey, passed away on June 14, 2019. Gary is survived by his loving brothers, Thomas R. Valentine of Vero Beach, Florida, Lee W. Valentine of West Milford, New Jersey and his sister, Lynn F. Mackwell of Hawley, Pennsylvania. Gary was born in Teaneck, New Jersey, on September 10, 1941, graduating from Teaneck High School and Fairleigh Dickinson University. He worked in the financial industry for almost 50 years, having retired in April 2017. Gary was an avid golfer and sports fan, loved the stock market, music from the the 1950s and loved life. He lost his battle with esophageal cancer after a long and arduous three years of surgery and treatment. He never lost his hope and optimism but loved life to the fullest. He will be missed by many but never forgotten. A celebration of Garys life will be held on June 30, 2019 11 AM at the Montclair Golf Club in West Orange, New Jersey.
