George E. Nicol

George E. Nicol, age 79, of Butler, formerly of West Milford and Paterson, died Friday, July 29, 2011. Mr. Nicol was born in Paterson, NJ, the son of the late Alex and the late Eva Nicol. George served in the Navy during Korean war, worked for Coca Cola Enterprises in Paterson, NJ, for 37 years, was a member of the American Legion and Elks and bartended at many local taverns and pubs. He is survived by his beloved children, Keith Nicol, Karen Lakoma and husband Peter and Kevin Nicol and wife Holly and eleven cherished grandchildren. George was predeceased in by his devoted wife Doris. Viewing hours will be Tuesday, August 2nd ,2011 from 9 am to 11:30 am at The Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Avenue, Butler, NJ.
