George W. Sindle

George W. Sindle, age 78, of, Rochester, NY, formerly of Butler, died Thursday, August 9, 2007 at his residence in Rochester, NY.Mr. Sindle was born August 30, 1928 in Butler, N.J., the son of the late George and the late Gertrude (Mead) Sindle. He served in the Army from 1951 to 1953 during Korean War, and received a Bronze Star.He worked for Case Lincoln Tower, Rochester, NY, as an elevator operator.He is survived by his sister Jeanette S. Burns, two nieces, one nephew, and five great nieces and nephews.A Graveside funeral service will be held Wednesday, August 15, 2007, at 1:00pm at Butler Cemetery, Butler, NJ.Burial will follow after the service.
