Gloria Eustice

Gloria Eustice of Bloomingdale, passed away peacefully at the age of 93 on February 4, 2022 at Sunrise of Wayne. Born in Clifton, NJ on November 29, 1928 to the late Sisto & Maddalena Del Favero. She was raised in Garfield & after graduating from HS in 1946, she attended the Katherine Gibbs Secretarial School. Gloria began her career as a secretary at Prudential Insurance in Newark. Gloria was hired by ITT in Clifton, NJ & retired as an Executive Secretary. Gloria married the late Thomas Eustice in 1958 & moved to Bloomingdale in 1962 where they raised three sons, Thomas Jr., David & Gary. A loving wife, mother & grandmother, Gloria enjoyed family camping trips, site seeing, gardening, cooking, baking and above everything, loving, nurturing & caring for her grandchildren. Thanksgiving was one of her favorite holidays, as four generations of the Del Favero family would gather from near & far to be together for a wonderful home cooked dinner. In 2019 she moved to Vernon to live with her son Dave. Born of Italian immigrants, Gloria cherished her Italian heritage, passing along many of her families' traditions & recipes to members of the family. Predeceased by her husband Thomas, daughter Robin, and son Gary, sister Egeria Breda & brother John Del Favero. Gloria is survived by her son Thomas Jr. & daughter-in-law Judy, her son David, her brothers Anthony & Victor, brother-in-law Bill Eustice, grandchildren Jason, Brian, Ryan, Kristen, Madison & Brianna, great grandchildren, Michael, Thomas, Kyleigh & Vincent, twenty-seven nieces & nephews, twenty-seven great nieces & nephews & 13 great, great nieces. Viewing hours will be held Sunday, February 6th, 2022, from 2-4pm & 7-9pm at The Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Avenue, Butler, NJ. A funeral service will be held Monday 11am also at the funeral home. The final disposition will be private.In lieu of flowers please donate in Glorias name to Ronald McDonald House Charities or St. Judes Childrens Hospital. .
