Grace B Harris

Grace Burke Harris, age 98, of Bloomingdale formerly of Kinnelon, died Saturday, January 29, 2011. Mrs. Harris was born in Fair Lawn, NJ the daughter of the late Arthur James and the late Mae Isabelle (Kincaid) Burke. Grace was a life long member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church and a graduate of East Side High School both in Paterson. Mrs Harris worked for Wright Areonautical in Paterson, NJ, from 1938 to1943 and then worked with her late husband Spencer from1943 t0 1986 in a number of his business enterprises, and was member of Chilton Memorial Hospital Auxillary for many years. She is survived by six nieces and nephews, eight great nieces and nephews and eleven great great nieces and nephews. Grace was predeceased by her devoted husband Spencer and her dear brother Arthur. Viewing hours will be Friday, February 4th, 2011, from 10:00 to 12:00 pm at The Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Avenue, Butler, NJ. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 noon also at the funeral home following the viewing. Burial to follow at Cedar Lawn Cemetery Paterson, NJ.
