James A. Busch, age 72, longtime resident of Butler, died Saturday, May 4, 2019 suddenly in his sleep. Mr. Busch was born and raised in Riverdale, NJ, the son of the late James Robert and the late Vera (Cahill) Busch. He served in the Army during Vietnam war and was the owner of JABCO Graphics for fifty years. Jim was the owner and umpire for the Lakeland Umpires Association for fifty years, a forty-year member of the NJSIAA, a loyal and trusted member of the Morrison Funeral Home for many years as well as Priola Funeral Home, he loved to officiate softball, basketball, and soccer and will always be beloved in the Tri Boro Community. He is survived by his devoted wife, Suzanne(Sheehy) Busch, his beloved son, Chad Busch and fiance Keri, his loving sibling, Barbara Stillman of Florida, his loving Mother In Law, Estela Sheehy and Father In Law, James Sheehy, Sister In Law, Lindsey Sheehy Rosen and Brother In Law, Jeff Rosen and his cherished granddaughter, Addison Mimi Busch. He was predeceased by his dear son, David J. Busch, his loving sister, Nancy Smyth and his cousin, Patricia Mulligan. Viewing hours will be Wednesday, May 8th , 2019, from 7-9 PM and Thursday, May 9th , 2019 from 4 to 8 pm at The Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Avenue, Butler, NJ. A funeral Mass will be offered Friday,11 am at St. Anthony RC Church, Butler, NJ. The final disposition will be private.
