James D. Korowaj

James D.Korowaj, age 61, of Oak Ridge formerly of Pompton Lakes and Butler, passed away on December 19, 2012. Jim is survived by his devoted wife of 17 loving years, Cynthia A. (Reiman) Korowaj, his devoted mother, Ruth (Korowaj) Modderman and her husband John, his loving in laws, Emil and Mary Jane Reiman, a loving brother Jeff Korowaj and several nieces and nephews. James was a former umpire for the Lakeland Umpires Assoiation, a member of the A.P.A Pool League and worked for the D.P.W. in Pompton Lakes for over 25 years. Viewing hours will be held on Friday, December 21st ,2012 from 2pm to 4pm and 6pm to 9pm at the Morrison Funeral Home 86 Bartholdi Ave. Butler, NJ. A Funeral Ceremony will be held at St Anthony's Church Butler NJ Saturday morning 11:00 am, all other services will be held in private. In lieu of flowers, donations would be greatly appreciated toward the American Cancer Society in his memory.
