James D. Patterson

James D. Patterson, age 84, of Fayson Lakes, Kinnelon,NJ, formerly of Glasgow, Scotland, died Monday, December 13, 2010 at home surrounded by his family. Mr. Patterson was born in Glasgow, Scotland the son of the late James and the late Christina (MacIntosh) Patterson. He retired from Hess Oil in Brooklyn. NY, where he was a Port Engineer. He is survived by his devoted wife of 51 years, Nancy, his beloved children, James Dugald of Florida, Elizabeth Burns and husband Paul of Sparta and Robert Patterson of New York City, his loving sister, Norma Spencer of Garden City,NY,three cherished grandchildren, Katherine, Robert, and Anne Burns, and is also survived by many nieces and nephews. A Memorial service will be held Saturday, December 18, 2010, 11:00am at the Morrison Funeral Home 86 Bartholdi Ave, Butler, NJ. Friends and relatives are invited to gather at the funeralhome also on Saturday from 10am to 12noon.
