James J. Fields

James J. Fields, age 74, of Butler, NJ, passed away on December 28, 2012. Jim is survived by his devoted wife of 52 loving years, Judy (Gentile) Fields, his beloved children, Jill Lazzeri and husband Eric, James and wife Jennifer, Colleen Daly and husband Robert and Melissa Brennan and husband Ed, eight cherished grandchildren, Sean, Michael, Zach, Kacey, Samantha, Kaitlin, Ryan and Jack and three nephews and one niece. Jim spent many years with the Rock Island Rail Line in their Manhattan offices and enjoyed a second career as a franchise owner with Snap-On Tools, serving the greater Parsippany area. He was a former member of the National Guard. Upon retirement, he cherished his time with his wife, children, and his grandchildren, all of whom gave him great pride. A viewing will be held on Sunday, December 30th ,2012 from 3pm to7pm at the Morrison Funeral Home 86 Bartholdi Ave. Butler, NJ. A Funeral Mass will be held at St Anthony's Church ,Butler, NJ on Monday morning 10:00 am, all other services will be held in private.
