Jane Anne (Yanis) WoodsAugust 21, 1956 - May 28, 2022Jane Anne Woods (ne Yanis) passed away May 28, 2022, at the age of 65 surrounded by loved ones after a long illness. She was born August 21, 1956, to Emma Hazel (Rome) and Andrew Yanis Sr. She was raised in Butler and was a 1974 graduate of Butler High School. She earned an Associate's Degree at the County College of Morris. She settled in Bloomingdale and worked for Quest Diagnostics for many years while raising her beloved children. She was an avid bowler in her younger years and enjoyed spending sunny days on the beach. She is survived by her husband Robert Lee Woods III, two children, Brian and Kimberly Woods, and her brothers William Yanis and Andrew Yanis, Jr. She is remembered for her love of reading, solving sudoku puzzles, and cheering on the New York Mets.She will always be in our hearts and will be truly missed.Visiting hours will be held Thursday, June 2nd at The Morrison Etheridge Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Avenue, Butler, NJ, 2pm to 4pm and 7pm to 9pm. A funeral service will be held Friday, June 3, 11 am, at the funeral home with internment following at North Hardyston Cemetery, Hardyston, NJ. . There are no gallery images.
