Jane Matchett

Jane Matchett, age 82, of Bloomingdale passed away Thursday, August 13, 2020. Mrs. Matchett was born in Paterson, NJ, the daughter of the late Basilio and the late Rose (Monti) Ezzo. She was employed by Stephen Davis, MD, in Wayne NJ as a medical transcriber before she retired. Jane was a rock for her family, she was everyones mother, a superior baker and candy maker. She is survived by her devoted husband of 63 loving years, Harold J. Matchett, a loving sister, Filomena Franco, two cherished grandchildren, Sean Machett and his wife Michaela and Megan Rauch and husband E.J. and is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Jane was predeceased by her dear sons, Robert and Richard. Viewing hours will be Monday, August 17th ,2020, from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at The Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Avenue, Butler, NJ. A funeral service will be held Monday 7:00pm also at The Morrison Funeral Home. The final disposition will be private.
