Janice K. Payton

Janice K Payton, age 73, of Butler, NJ, formerly of Tarrytown, NY, died Wednesday, September 16, 2009. Mrs. Payton was born in Brooklyn, NY, the daughter of the late Joseph and the late Leila (Osborne) Prior. She was a Manager for Butler Ridge And and Butler Arms Apts., Butler, NJ, for many years. She is survived by her devoted husband of fifty years, William J. Sr., two sons , William J. Payton, Jr. and his wife Barbara, and Stephen Payton and his fiance Cindy Dyak, a loving sister, Marilyn and husband Gene Eugene Dobrzelecki, and one cherished grandson, Sean. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. Viewing hours will be Sunday, September 20, 2009, from 2:00 -4:00pm and 7:00-9:00pm at The Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Avenue, Butler, NJ. A funeral will be held Monday 11:00am also at the funeral home. Burial to follow at Sleepy Hollow Cemetery, North Tarrytown, NY.
