Jeanette Javier

Jeanette Javier, age 61, of Butler, formerly of Paterson, passed away peacefully surrounded by family, Friday, October 20, 2023. Jeanette was born on February 27, 1962, in Aguadilla Puerto Rico to her late parents, Eulogio Javier and Iluminada Benejam.

Jeanette was a customer service representative for the pharmaceutical company Merck, Medco, formerly in Parsippany, NJ, before retiring and spending her time with family and friends. She is survived by her former husband Jorge Reyes, Sr., her beloved son, Jorge and wife Amanda, and her daughter, Christie, her loving sister, Maritza and husband Heriberto Lopez. Also survived by her grandchildren, Xianna, Anthony, Ava and many nieces and nephews.

Her family will always remember her incredible strength, infectious laugh, sense of humor and her passion for dancing. They will forever cherish her unwavering commitment and dedication to family and friends.

In her passing, Jeanette will be reunited with her dearest sisters, Ivette Anderson and Myriam Javier. Viewing hours will be Wednesday, October25, 2023 from 4pm to 8pm at The Morrison Etheridge Funeral Home Inc., 86 Bartholdi Ave., Butler, N.J. A funeral Mass will be Thursday 11:00am at St. Anthony RC Church,  Butler, NJ. The final disposition will be private.
