Jeannette Whritenour

Jeannette Whritenour, age 86, of Franklin formerly Oak Ridge and West Milford, died Tuesday, August 25, 2009 at Chilton Memorial Hospital, Pompton Plains. Mrs. Whritenour was born in West Milford, NJ the daughter of the late John and the late Christina (Shenise) Struble. She is survived by seven beloved daughters, Barbara, Nancy, Peg, Carol, Janet, Kathi, and Charlotte, one loving sister, Alberta McConnell, 21 cherished grandchildren, and 39 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her devoted husband Albert of 47 years in 1987. Viewing hours will be Friday, August 28, 2009, from 5:00-9:00pm at The Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Avenue, Butler, NJ. A funeral Mass will be held Saturday at 9:30am at St. Thomas The Apostle RC Church, Oak Ridge, NJ. Burial to follow at St. Thomas The Apostle RC Cemetery, Oak Ridge, NJ. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Franklin Fire Department and First Aid Squad, 137 Buckwheat Road Franklin, NJ 07416, in her memory.
