John Duffy

John E. Duffy, 80, of Bloomingdale, passed away on Wednesday, February 22, 2017. He was born in Paterson, NJ, the son of late John and the late Margaret(Dooney) Duffy. He was a parishioner at St. Anthony's RC Church, a member of the Knights of Columbus and a veteran of the US Air Force. John was a truck driver for Nabisco before he retired. He survived by his beloved children, Kathleen Duffy, Jacqueline Duffy Ramsey and husband Briton and Kevin Duffy and his wife Laurice, his cherished grandchildren, Kelly, Quinn, Tyler, and Aidan Duffy and is also survived by his niece Peggy Borgese and husband John and nephew Joseph Hopper and wife Kathy and their children Colleen, Ryan and Alyssa. John was predeceased by his devoted wife Patricia (Gallagher) Duffy. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, February 25, 2017, 11 AM, at St. Anthony's RC Church in Butler. All other services were held in private. in lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, in his memory.
