John E. Fila

John E. Fila, age 76, of Butler, died Wednesday, June 27, 2018. John was born in Passaic, NJ. He is the son of the late John Jacob and the late Dorothy Ellen (LiSanti) Fila. John was a member of the Jacksonville Chapel in Lincoln Park, New Jersey. He was an accomplished ballroom dancer and the owner of Jons Unisex Hairstyling in Butler. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Maria, his children, Maria Cappello and her husband Guy, Robert Fila, Johnny Fila and Laura Joseph, also his sister, Patricia Orozco and her husband Luis and three grandchildren, Hailee Joseph, Gianna and Alexis Cappello and a niece and nephew, Sean and Ashley Orozco. He will have a private family burial with a memorial service held at 6:30 pm Monday, July 2, 2018, at Jacksonville Chapel in Lincoln Park, NJ. All are welcome to attend the memorial service.
