Joseph C. Landry

Joseph C. Landry, 82, of Bloomingdale, NJ, passed away, surrounded by his loving family, on March 15, 2019. Joe was born in Coventry Rhode Island, son of the late Charles and Ida Landry. Joe belonged to the Bloomingdale Coronet band, was a member of the National Guard, a driver for Jordan Bus Company, a trainer of beagles for showing and field and worked for Hammond Maps in Maplewood NJ before retiring. He is survived by his devoted, loving, wife of 40 years, Marie Landry, his beloved son Dan Megletti, two dear sisters-in-laws, Shirley Monahan and Elaine Landry and two dear nieces, Deborah Simonsen and Laura Jackson. Joe was predeceased by two Brothers, Richard Landry, Bill Monahan and his sister Helen Monahan. Viewing hours will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 on Monday, March 18, 2019 at the Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Ave. Butler, NJ. A funeral service will be held Tuesday also at the funeral home 10 AM. Burial to follow at Mount Rest Cemetery also in Butler,NJ.
