Joseph Charles Rogers

Joseph C. Rogers, Sr. of Highland Lakes, formerly of Butler, passed away peacefully April 23, 2018. Mr. Rogers was the son of the late John Ranalletti and Bertha Rogers. He was the NJ VFW State Commander and NJ District Commander. Mr. Rogers is survived by his beloved daughter, Kimberly Rivera and her husband Brian and his son, Joseph C. Rogers, Jr. His loving siblings, Bertha Parker, Patricia Speronello, James Rogers and Donald Rogers. His adored grandchildren Ryan, Mason, and Laura Rivera and many nieces and nephews. Joseph was predeceased by his wife Laura. Viewing hour will be Monday April 30, 2018 from 2pm-4pm and 7pm-9pm, at the Morrison Funeral Home 86 Bartholdi Ave Butler, NJ. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at 10am, also at the funeral home. Interment immediately following at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa, NJ.
