Joseph M Indoe

Joseph M. Indoe, age 71, of Butler, died Tuesday, December 31 surrounded by his family. The son of the late Frederick and Mary (Knapick) Indoe, Mr. Indoe was raised in Midland Park, New Jersey before moving to Butler in 1967. He worked in the textile industry for more than 35 years including cofounding and operating his own firm, the Butler Label Company. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Patricia (Byrnes) Indoe; his children, Christine Weirsky and son-in-law Edward of New Egypt, NJ, Susan Indoe and Joseph S. Indoe, both of Butler, and Randy Indoe of Newfoundland, NJ; his five grandchildren, Kara and Sarah Weirsky and Brooke, Liam and Samantha Indoe. He is also survived by his brothers and sister-in-laws including Fred and Geri Indoe of Bridgeville, DE, Frank and Marianne Indoe of New Bern, NC, Tom and Fran Indoe of Glen Rock, NJ, James and Nancy Indoe of Glendale, AZ and Robert and Janice Indoe of Vernon, NJ; and many nieces, nephews and grandnieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be Sunday, January 5, 2013 from 2:00 - 6:00pm at The Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Avenue, Butler, New Jersey. A funeral mass will be held at St. Anthony's of Padua, Butler, NJ at 10 am on Monday, followed by an burial at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Butler.
