Joseph Simcak

Joseph Simcak, age 87of Bloomingdale, died Wednesday, April 10, 2013. Mr. Simcak was born in Garfield, NJ, son of the late George and the late Dorothy Simcak. Joe was an Army Veteran of WWII and worked for The United States Postal Service as a Supervisor in Morristown before retiring. Joe is survived by his devoted wife of 37 loving years, Helen, his beloved daughter, Colleen Van Volkenberg and husband Terry, his dear step Children, Jim Weaver and wife Carol, Bill Weaver and Wife Jill, Dr. Richard Weaver and wife Grace Gavigan and Patricia Weaver, a loving sister Lillian Lukac, four cherished grandchildren and five great grandchildren, Joe was pre deceased by a daughter, Joann. Also Surviving are many nieces and nephews. Viewing hours will be Sunday, April 14, 2013, from 2:00 to 5:00pm at The Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Avenue, Butler, NJ. A funeral service will be held Monday 10:00am also at the funeral home. Burial to follow at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus.
