Karen E Simpson

Karen E. Simpson, age 64, of Butler, passed away on Sunday, November 26, 2017. Karen was born in Providence, RI, daughter of the late John and Rosemary Sousa. She graduated from University of Connecticut with a Bachelors Degree and worked for Catapult Learning in Paterson before retiring. She is survived by her devoted husband, Robert Simpson, her loving sisters, Kimberly and Deborah Sousa Carey, her dear stepchildren, Alice and Tony Marinelli, Robert Simpson and her cherished grandchild, Saverio. Also surviving is an adored godchild, Kendra Whipple. Visiting will be held Wednesday, November 29, 2017, 2:00pm to 4:00pm and 6:00pm to 8:30pm at the Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Ave, Butler, NJ. A funeral service will be held at 7pm also on Wednesday also at the funeral home. Final disposition will be held in private.
