Kathleen 'Kathy' Cattanese

Kathleen "Kathy" Cattanese passed away peacefully on April 21st, 2022, at the age of 79. Kathy was born on September 4th, 1942, to Gladys (Patton) and Lawrence Werner. She was raised in West Milford, New Jersey with her siblings Daniel, John, Mark, Laurie, and Shawn. She was a 1960 graduate of Butler High School, Butler N.J. Kathy is survived by her three children: Sons Frank Cattanese and Laurie, Larry Cattanese and his wife Barbara, and Daughter Christine (Cattanese) Lumley and her husband Jack. Loving grandmother "Nana" of Frank, Carolena, Jamie, and Elia Cattanese, Caitlin Groh, and Nicole, Ashley, and Danielle Lumley. Cherished great grandmother of James, Ella, and Jayden. In the early years, Kathy was a loving stay at home mother to her three children. Later in life, she secured a cosmetologist license and began her career as a cosmetician. She worked at Bloomingdales in Paramus, New Jersey for many years. She loved working with people and doing makeup. She will always be in our hearts and be truly missed. Visitation for Kathleen will be held at the Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Avenue, Butler, N.J. on Tuesday, April 26th, 2022, from 2:00p-6:00pm. A funeral service will also be offered at 5:30pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
